Using Nexvii

By using Nexvii, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and accept these terms. Nexvii is a technology platform that connects strangers for random video chat.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own conduct. Nexvii does not verify the identity of every user and cannot guarantee another user's behavior.

Prohibited conduct

• Minors — no one under 18 may use Nexvii.
• Sexual exploitation of any person, including minors.
• Harassment, threats, or violence against others.
• Scams, fraud, or deceptive offers.
• Malware, phishing, or malicious links.
• Bot attacks, automated abuse, or scraping of the service.
• Infrastructure abuse (unauthorized load, relay hijacking).
• Any illegal content or activity.

Reporting

Use the Report button during a match to flag concerning behavior. Reports are reviewed and may lead to temporary restrictions.

Service availability

Nexvii is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every match will succeed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexvii is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or interaction with other users.

Recording notice

Nexvii cannot prevent another participant from taking screenshots or recording their own screen. Never share sensitive information with strangers.
